About Jeff Cowan
 

Jeff Cowan’s experience comes from being in the trenches.  He is in his twenty-third year of doing business and has spent the
greater part of that time standing on service drives, side by side with Service Advisors, successfully training them in the art of selling,
customer service, customer retention and communication skills.  He has visited over six-hundred and fifty automobile dealerships
throughout the United States and Canada and is generally recognized as North America’s authority when it comes to training Service
Advisors.  His process driven workshops, Interactive Online training and in-house side by side on-your-drive training have set the
industry standard for delivering results.  Most who experience Jeff’s training, whether through our on-line inter-active training, in-house
visits or through his highly regarded workshops, say it is the most practical, realistic and easy to understand training ever made available

currently resides in Indianapolis, IN and Coto De Caza, CA.  Jeff, recently remarried (Candy), is also the proud father of a 21 year old
daughter (Raley), 23 year old step son (Brandon) and 26 year old step daughter (Jennifer).
